The title of our sermon for the week of July 5, 2015 is Transformation CAN Happen based on scriptures from Ezekiel 2: 1-5 and Acts 9: 1 – 20. The hymns for Sunday are Praise, My Soul the King of Heaven; Come, Risen Lord; and special music by the choir.

There will be a congregational meeting immediately following the worship service.

Worship begins at 9:45 am, followed by fellowship at 11:00 a.m. Our church provides a Nursery during worship service. First Presbyterian Church is located at 919 E. Tenth Street in Rolla. Our website is www.rollapresby.org.

Our informal worship service, FIRED UP! is held Thursday at 6:30 p.m. in the fellowship hall.

Our informal worship service, FIRED UP! is held Thursday at 6:30 p.m. in the fellowship hall.

The church and office will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2015 in observation of the Fourth of July holiday.

Fired Up service cancelled for this week

Fired Up! service for Thursday has been cancelled as we are having Vacation Bible School this week. VBS is for ages 3 – 11 and is from 6 – 8 pm. Bring your children and join us. It is not too late to sign up.

The title of Reverend Bob Morrison’s sermon for the week of June 21, 2015 is “What Do You Do When You Find Jesus Asleep?” based on scriptures from Mark 4: 35 – 41 . The hymns for Sunday are O Worship the King, All Glorious Above!; Behold the Goodness of Our Lord; an Eternal Father, Strong to Save and special music (hand bells) by Ilene Morgan and Steve Skelton.

‘High Seas Expedition’ Vacation Bible School will be from Sunday, June 21 to Thursday, June 25, 6 to 8 pm each evening for children ages 3 – 11. Preregistration forms are available on the table outside the church office.
