During the season of Pentecost we participate in the PCUSA Pentecost Special Offering. This offering supports children at risk, youth, and young adults. It funds ministries that provide education, leadership development, and service opportunities. 40% of what we collect stays in our community and will go to our community’s Backpack Program. 1. The combined choirs of First United Methodist Church and First Presbyterian Church are singing the anthem this Sunday, along with Derek Limback on trumpet. We thank all of them for sharing their talents with us.
