- The Presbytery has changed the deadline for the Emergency Covid Grant to November 1. If you are going to make a donation for Russell House, please do it before October 31. Remember this is the grant that matches $2 for every $1 donated.
- The JCPDA is requesting Blue Bucket Brigade donations. Since gathering the items and getting them to Springfield continues to be difficult, Outreach Committee is asking for monetary donations again this year. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
- First Friday Out will be November 5 at Kensington, starting at 5:30 with food delivered at 6:00. It will be catered by Bandana’s. Please talk with Javier Valentín-Sívico to make your selections and pre-pay for your meal ($10).

Cost per person: $10.00 (if pre-ordering food from Bandana’s).
Feel free to bring your dinner if you do not like the menu or you cannot eat from the available options.
Please, place your order by Sunday, 10/24. See Javier to provide the form and pre-pay for your meal. You may print the form below, plus he will have copies to fill out.

Bonfire! This Friday!
Wow, the weather looks great for our bonfire at Whitakers this Friday, Oct 1! (Remember, First Friday social.) Please bring chairs, your own food, or hot dogs to roast, and your drink choice. We will have plates, napkins, cutlery, buns, and condiments. You may also bring a dish to share if you want. Come about 5 or later. We will cook around 6. Bring campfire instruments if you want to share music. Contact Britt Whitaker for questions.
