Below are details about the concert and a request for assistance providing cookies/brownies.

1. The Millikin University Choir will present a concert at 7 p.m. this Thursday, Jan. 15, at First Baptist Church, 801 N. Cedar St., in Rolla.

The choir, from Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois, will perform as part of its annual winter tour. A suggested donation to attend is $5 per person with all proceeds going to support the Millikin University Concert Choir tour.

2. The hosting organizations will have a reception for the audience and choir following the concert. We need your help! Anyone that would like to bring cookies or brownies for the reception would be much appreciated.

Cookies/brownies for the reception after the concert will go to the Ministry Center (next door to the church). Please deliver them on Thursday immediately prior to the concert.

The decision has been made NOT to sing for the Ash Wednesday service tonight. Everyone is encouraged to attend the service (food at 5, service at 5:30). Handbells as usual at 6:00 p.m., followed by choir rehearsal at 7:00 p.m.

NO Bell Choir tonight. Chancel Choir will rehearse at 7:00 p.m.

Annual Report

We are in need of Fellowship hosts for the 13th and the 20th of this month. If you can do this, please contact the church office (364-3852 or via web site contact form). If those get taken, there are plenty more later on.
