The Peace & Global Witness Offering is an annual initiative by PC(USA) aimed at promoting peace and addressing systems of conflict and injustice globally. We will retain 25% of the money we collect to be used locally to support peacemaking initiatives that align with the needs of our community. This year we will be donating this amount to Russell House. Another 25% is allocated to mid-councils for regional peace and reconciliation efforts. The remaining 50% is directed to the Presbyterian Mission Agency. We will be collecting this offering through next Sunday, October 6. There are special envelopes on the table near the entrance to the sanctuary.
