The title of Reverend Lou Ellen Hartley’s sermon for the week of February 14, 2016 is Calling on the Lord based on scriptures from Deuteronomy 26:1-11 and Luke 4:1-13.  The hymns for Sunday are O Day of Radiant Gladness; What Wondrous Love is This and I Want Jesus to Walk with Me.

Worship begins at 9:45 am, followed by fellowship and education at 11:00 a.m.  Our church provides a Nursery during worship service.  First Presbyterian Church is located at 919 E. Tenth Street in Rolla.  Our website is www.rollapresby.org.

Our informal worship service, FIRED UP! is held Thursday at 6:30 p.m. in the Sadler Chapel.

ASH WEDNESDAY service is February 10th beginning at 5 pm in the Fellowship Hall.

The Office will be closed Monday, February 15, 2016 for President’s Day.

The Chili Cook-off is scheduled for February 21, 2016 at 5 pm.

The annual Lenten Luncheons are March 3, 10 and 17 in the Fellowship Hall beginning at 11:45.  Please join us for lunch and service.  Our speakers this year are Rev. Bob Morrison, March 3; Rev. Lindy Hardwick, March 10 and Rev. Lou Ellen Hartley, March 17.

Cost of the lunch will be $4.00 per person.  Please call the church at 364-3852 by the preceding Wednesday for reservations.  All proceeds will go to One Great Hour of Sharing.
