Announcements:
1. “Abide in Love”, a non-profit organization founded in Rolla MO working to support immigrants impacted by detention in Phelps County, is holding a $10+ Shopping Challenge. All you have to do is show up at Krogers in the corner of the parking lot this Sunday at 1:30pm, get $10 and a shopping list (add more money if you like), and help shop generously for food for families of immigrants detained in Missouri. There will also be opportunities to win some Abide in Love swag! — http://abideinlove.org/
2. On Wednesday, September 2nd, at 6pm we will start the Fall Bible Study. We will use the “A is for Alabaster” book and start at the back. The first lesson will be “Z is for Zacchaeus.”
3. The Chancel Choir will begin rehearsals on Wednesday, September 2, at 7:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary. All are invited to come and sing.
4. Our September First Friday Out will be Friday, September 4, 5:30 PM, at Bandana’s Bar-B-Q. We look forward to this fellowship opportunity. Please let Javier know by Tuesday, September 1st.
